Chateau Manhattan Beach | Steps Away from Restaurants and Shopping

Great little place!

We had the very best vacation here. The pillows and beds were super comfortable. The unit is so stylish and has everything you need. We especially loved the little touches like the crossword puzzles and games. We noticed that the wall in the kitchen is hand stenciled -- not wallpaper! I was so happy to see lots of beach chairs, volleyball, basketball, a beach blanket and an umbrella for the beach, a short walk away. We used the outdoor living room a lot. They should count it in the square footage! This location is perfect whether you have a car or if you are getting around on rented e-bikes. Also we used the 109 and 232 buses quite a bit. We stayed here at the beginning of August and only used the portable air conditioner occasionally.

we loved My Happy Place! Family of 4 with 2 adult children, for which the bed situation is perfect. Galley kitchen has everything you need, the single full bathroom is very roomy with awesome shower. Appreciated the window A/C to keep it cool in the humid night. Bets of all is location! Short walk strait down to beach, lots of good little eateries around this eclectic neighborhood. Liquor store / surf shop very close. Also - if you are hauling stuff to the beach, there is plenty public parking down at the beach - this is accessed by 45th street. once at that level - drive south all the way to the end and this lines up with the street you are staying on.

The property was nice and short walk to restaurants and the beach. A little cozy, but fine for our family if 4.
