The house was very clean and nice. It was a nice, quiet location.
Positive: The location was nice.
Negative: We had to constantly adjust the air conditioning. It was either too cold or too warm. Maybe the programming just needs to be adjusted.

Definitely recommend!
Positive: Everything! Well appointed. Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated.
Negative: I like softer beds but that's a personal preference. There were enough pillows I could make it work.

Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.

Great place to be near attractions
We came in town to visit family but t able to enjoy some of Lake Havasu’s attractions. Close to London Bridge, restaurants, shopping. A great place for a family gathering!
